Barn cats are great for keeping the barn free of mice and we usually have a few litters each year, but we haven’t had any yet this year. So we went to Kevin’s brother’s farm and took eight of their kittens. They already had 24 so they were happy to send them to our farm!
The first two nights they slept in our downstairs basement in a box, but now they are out in the barn with the rest of the cats! Now it’s HD’s and my job to go out and catch them and play with them so they become tame. Most of our barn cats aren’t tame enough to pet, but we’re going to change that!
So cute!! That’s a lot of kittens! And no, we don’t need any.
