My 24-Day Advocare Challenge

Hello everyone!  I’ve been patiently waiting to share with all of you my end results to a 24-Day Challenge that my husband and I just did!  If you’ve never heard of AdvoCare before, let me tell you a little bit about it.  “Since 1993, AdvoCare has been a world-class nutrition company specializing in health and wellness, weight management, vibrant energy and sports performance.”  I’ve tried various “weightless” programs over the years, but to no real success.  But AdvoCare is different!


To back up a little bit, I’d like to share with you why I choose to do the AdvoCare 24-Day Challenge.  For starters, I was not happy with the way that I felt and looked.  After having two kids, I had lost the weight that I had gained with the second kiddo, but not all of the weight that I had yet to loose from the first one.  My clothes were tight, I hated having to buy a bigger size, and I felt like I didn’t have very much energy.  Having two very active little boys to chase after, I felt I needed to get in better shape and be healthier.  I’ve tried off and on to start watching what I eat, exercising, etc, but I just didn’t have the motivation to stick with it.  Until now!  
A good friend of mine was talking about AdvoCare’s 24-Day Challenge on Facebook so I asked her about it.  She was awesome and explained everything to me.  Her and her husband have both had amazing success using the AdvoCare products.  My husband, Kevin, was kind of in the same boat as me with not feeling the greatest about how he looked and how his clothes fit, so he said he’d do the challenge with me.  I think that really helped me because I was cooking healthier for the whole family, not just myself!  
What the 24-Day Challenge does is get you motivated to workout and eat healthy.  All you have to do is order the Challenge kit and it comes chocked full of everything that you’ll need to complete the 24-Day challenge.  
Your 24 Day Program Breakdown

The 24-Day Challenge is a great way to jump start your weight loss.  The first 10 days are about cleansing your body of toxins, preparing for optimal nutrient absorption.  During the Max Phase, days 11-24, you’ll give your body the best tools to achieve your next weight-management goal.

It might sound confusing with all this info, but trust me, it’s really easy to follow the Challenge plan!  It’s all laid out for you in a little booklet that comes in the kit.  
My Results
So after 24 days of this challenge, I feel great!  I lost a total of 6.4 pounds (still have more to go!) (Update: down 7 pounds this morning), but what I am very happy with is the inches that I lost!  I lost 3.5″ from about my stomach at my belly button and some more from the rest of my body too!  I can tell a huge difference in how my clothes fit.  This morning I pulled down a bunch of pairs of jeans that I have saved over the years because I was determined to get back in them and the few that I tried on this morning fit!  You can see the difference in my before and after pictures below.  (Don’t ask me while I’m smiling in the BEFORE picture and not in the AFTER picture!  Seems a little backwards!)  Not only did I loose weight and inches, but I just feel better.  I’ve gotten into a routine where I get up at 5am (most days) and workout before the boys get up.  Every Sunday I try to plan out the next weeks meals and get the appropriate groceries so I don’t have to figure out what to make when I get home from work each day. I already have it all decided and it’s healthy!  (Additional note:  Kevin had great results doing this challenge too!)

Now here’s where the fun starts!
I’m going to hold a 24-Day competition for whoever wants to join in.  It will start the beginning of November.  This is the perfect time of the year to become a healthier you!  The holidays are going to be here before we know it!

All you have to do is go online and order a 24-Day Challenge before October 30th.  It only takes a couple of days for it to get to you.  They are super fast!

I’ll start a Facebook page where we can all join in on daily tips and recipes that will help you through your Challenge!  I’ll also be blogging about it too!  You’ll need to send me before and after measurements, so I can see who the big winner is at the end!  They will receive some products that they can continue to take after the Challenge is over.
