AJ’s First Birthday

November 20, 2013 By Sara

One year ago today AJ was born into our family!  It seems like just yesterday.  Every since he was born, AJ has kept us on our toes.  He gets into everything, and I do mean everything!  I don’t remember HD being like that, but maybe it’s because AJ is just trying to keep up with everyone!

He’s such a sweetheart and so friendly.  Not a shy bone in his body!  He’s finally sleeping through the night pretty much every night.  There’s still the occasional one (about once a week) where he wakes up and insists on a bottle.  He’s got his eight front teeth in and has been working on his one year molars for awhile now.  This kid “earned” all of his teeth, as his Grandma Rhonda would say.

He started walking around 10 months and hasn’t looked back.  He loves his dog and would hang out with Diesel all day long if we let him.  One minute he’s smiling and the next minute he’s screaming because someone took a toy (HD) or something didn’t go his way.  We’re working on breaking that bad habit!  As you can see the picture below is blurry, that about sums up AJ.  He’s all over the place and 100 miles an hour.  AND everything goes into his mouth!

We love you, AJ and can’t imagine our lives without you!
