Kid-Friendly Pizza Boats (with a Healthier Version too!)

Ingredients
  • 1 French bread loaf
  • (for healthier version, 1 zucchini per person)
  • 1 jar of pizza sauce
  • Any pizza toppings that you want
  • (we used pepperoni, black olives, mushrooms, onion, green peppers)
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut French bread loaf in half lengthwise then cut into individual pieces or keep whole.
  3. Lay open on a large baking sheet.
  4. Spread pizza sauce on each piece.
  5. Add your favorite pizza toppings.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Bake in 350 oven for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and veggies are cooked.
  8. Enjoy!
