Kid-Friendly Pizza Boats (with a Healthier Version too!)

- 1 French bread loaf
- (for healthier version, 1 zucchini per person)
- 1 jar of pizza sauce
- Any pizza toppings that you want
- (we used pepperoni, black olives, mushrooms, onion, green peppers)
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut French bread loaf in half lengthwise then cut into individual pieces or keep whole.
- Lay open on a large baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce on each piece.
- Add your favorite pizza toppings.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake in 350 oven for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and veggies are cooked.
- Enjoy!
