Family Favorites-Holiday Side Dishes: Broccoli and Rice

Ingredients
  • 1 bag of frozen broccoli
  • 2 cups Minute Rice (can use brown rice too!)
  • ⅓ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 cups Velveeta Cheese
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Minute Rice according to the directions on the box.
  2. Melt butter and saute the onion until tender.
  3. Add the broccoli and cook until thawed and hot.
  4. Add the cheese and heat until it's melted.
  5. Mix the cooked rice into the broccoli and cheese.
  6. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
