Family Favorites-Holiday Side Dishes: Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
  • 6 cups cauliflower florets (about two heads of cauliflower)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Place in a large baking dish. (This looks like a lot, but the cauliflower bakes down a lot!)
  3. Bake at 450 degrees for an hour, stirring every once in a while. Enjoy!
