Family Favorites-Holiday Side Dishes: Roasted Cauliflower

Serves: 6 servings
- 6 cups cauliflower florets (about two heads of cauliflower)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Place all the ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place in a large baking dish. (This looks like a lot, but the cauliflower bakes down a lot!)
- Bake at 450 degrees for an hour, stirring every once in a while. Enjoy!
