Easy Cinnamon Raisin Egg Bake

  • 1 loaf of cinnamon raisin bread (I used Pepperidge Farm 100% Whole Wheat)
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups of skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Syrup (optional)
  1. Tear up the pieces of bread and place in a greased 8x11" pan.
  2. Beat eggs, milk, vanilla, and brown sugar together in a large bowl.
  3. Pour over the bread.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon across the top.
  5. Use a spoon to squish the bread so it is entirely covered with the egg mixture.
  6. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  7. The next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  8. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the middle is baked through.
  9. Serve immediately with warm syrup! Enjoy!
